Shipping and Return Policy
Art Click gladly accepts orders from all over the Middle East and beyond. We would like to note that shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your order. Your order may be subject to customs duties and import duties of the country you order from. These fees are always paid by the recipient/buyer.
Limitations:
Art Click would like to point out that its products and safety warnings are subject to the country of origin, and that they are designed according to its standards. Therefore, the recipient/buyer must ensure that the products comply with the country of the recipient/buyer, and he is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. When ordering from Art Click, the recipient/buyer is responsible for meeting import conditions in compliance with all applicable laws and rules in the destination country.
Privacy:
ArtClick takes strict privacy measures regarding the use of your order information and how it is shared. International customers should be aware that international shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.
We can also provide them with information related to shipping, ordering, and product. For example, but not limited to, our international airlines can send this information to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs processing and compliance with local laws.
If the product is a gift, the box will be labelled with the word “gift,” but the cost of the product will remain the same at the request of customs, as the value of the gift will be written directly on the box.
Returns & Replacements:
The above terms also apply to any shipment of any exchanged product that was shipped due to a problem with the original shipment. When you return a product to us, you will be the exporter, and title and risk of loss will ultimately pass to us upon receipt. For additional information please use the “Contact Us” page.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. When ordering from Art Click, the recipient/buyer is responsible for meeting import conditions in compliance with all applicable laws and rules in the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside the Kingdom of Bahrain may be subject to import taxes and customs duties by the authorities in the country from which the order was made. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional customs clearance fees will be borne by the recipient/buyer; Art Click does not have the ability to control these fees, nor to predict the amount to be paid, as customs policies vary from one country to another. You should contact your local customs office for more information. It must be taken into account that customs clearance procedures may be the reason for delaying the specified receipt dates, and “Art Click” has nothing to do with this matter.
Shipping:
Select shipping option while placing your order:
- Add the item to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
- Choose an eligible shipping address.
Select the shipping option.
Tracking Your Package:
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Signature Requirements:
Signature upon delivery required for all shipments.
Return and Refund Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise two way shipping will be charged.
Return request can be sent online (Contact us) by email or by phone. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Receiving a Refund:
You will receive your refund after we receive and process your returned items (for the items eligible for refund) . Expect your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
- 1 to 3 business days for us to receive your return from the courier.
- 1 to 2 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order’s summary page in Your Account. If the refund does not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your returned item, please contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the “Confirm and submit” page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:
- Sign in to your account.
- Find the order on your account Main Page
- Click the order number to see the Order Details.
If it is still possible to cancel, you will see an enabled “Cancel” button on the Order Details page that you can use to cancel your order. If the “Cancel” button is not enabled, the order is already being shipped and cannot be cancelled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy.
Order Cancellation from Art Click:
Art Click reserves full rights to cancel the orders which are placed because of technical problems, are generated through wrong technical process or typing mistakes. In such case, customer will be approached via phone or email to intimate about his/her problem with the reason for cancellation.
